Peer Review Policy
The ThinkTide Global Research Journal (TGRJ) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, quality, and transparency in the publishing process. To ensure this, all manuscripts submitted to TGRJ undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.
Review Process

Initial Screening

All submissions are first assessed by the Editor-in-Chief or a designated Section Editor for relevance, originality, and adherence to the journal’s scope and submission guidelines.

Manuscripts that fail to meet basic requirements may be returned to authors for revision or declined at this stage.

Peer Review Assignment

Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers with relevant subject expertise.

Reviewers are selected to ensure fairness, diversity of perspective, and avoidance of conflicts of interest.

Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers are asked to evaluate the manuscript on the basis of:-
Originality and contribution to knowledge

Decision Outcomes
Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editorial team will make one of the following decisions:-
Accept without revisions

Revise and resubmit (major revisions required)

Revision Process

Authors receiving reviewer feedback are expected to submit revised manuscripts within the given timeframe.

Revised manuscripts may be sent for an additional round of review if necessary.

The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief, taking into account the reviewers’ recommendations and the overall quality of the submission.
